BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES

• All parties require an 8 person minimum to book.
• $50.00 Non-refundable deposit is required to book.
• All parties must be booked in advance.
• 1 Chaperone per 8 children ages 5 and up.
• Party time starts at booked time not arrival time—due to time constraints the room can only be held for the 45 minutes allotted and is then opened for other WonderWorks business.
• Party time is for cake, drinks, gift opening etc. We suggest that Lazer Tag and tokens be used after room time is over.
• Final payment must be made in one form, no individual payments by third parties.
• All Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No cancellations within 48 hours of party date.
• Party must be booked at least 7 days in advance, no last minute bookings.
• No discounts or coupons may be used in conjunction with the Birthday Party.
• No outside food allowed with the exception of the Birthday Cake.
• Manager on Duty has the right to charge for any and all damage and excessive clean up required by staff.
• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check-in time receiving of armbands
  and tokens.
• Please inform Greeter upon arrival that you are here for a scheduled Birthday Party.
• All policies are strictly adhered too and no exceptions are made.
