Guest Conduct
WonderWorks encourages courteous behavior for the enjoyment of our guests. For your safety and that of other guests, to not push, shove or run in our attraction. Do not leave your children unattended. Please have patience with our staff and other guests during our busier hours. Respect fellow guests by waiting your turn in line for all exhibits/rides. Line jumping is strictly prohibited. A guest may not leave and return to the line for any reason, hold spaces for other guests or advance in front of other guests. To ensure a fun, safe, family environment for all our guests, we ask that you adhere to the policies listed below and posted inside WonderWorks. Guests behaving in any way that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe by WonderWorks Management will be asked to modify their behavior. Guests failing to comply with WonderWorks policies will be asked to leave WonderWorks property without a refund. Each guests agrees to abide by the policies of WonderWorks with the purchase of admission. We appreciate your cooperation to keep WonderWorks a fun and safe experience for all our guests.

WonderWorks strongly recommends that our guests wear tennis shoes, many of our rides and exhibits are not friendly to sandals, flip flops or open toe shoes.

Guest Attire
Guests wearing articles of clothing containing obscenities and /or profanities
or deemed inappropriate by WonderWorks management,
will be asked to change or cover offensive clothing. A shirt, shoes (shorts, pants, skirts, etc.) must be worn at all times. Please No Swim Suits
 

Commercial Photography
By entering WonderWorks each guest grants WonderWorks the right to film,
videotape or photograph him/her on the property for any reason without payment
or compensation. Guests must have written permission to use photographs and/or videotapes of WonderWorks images for any commercial broadcasting,
advertising, marketing or publishing of any medium.

Lost or Stolen Items
WonderWorks and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Exhibitors are not responsible for personal articles left at the Exhibits. Any items found by an employee will be turned into the Manager On Duty. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after 90 days.

Pets
No animal of any sort is allowed within the attraction with the exception
of service animals used by the hearing and visually impaired.

Ride Restrictions
WonderWorks is a unique experience full of family fun for all ages. However, for the health and safety of our guests there are cautions posted at different exhibits throughout the building. Please read each warning carefully. There are a few of our exhibits that have age, height and/or weight restrictions for your safety. Any child 12 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any exhibit or ride with a height restriction will have a measuring chart posted for your convenience. Any exhibit or ride with a weight restriction requires all potential riders to be weighted by the attendant.

• Lazer Tag – at least 5 years old to play
• Xtreme 360 Bike – Height 4 ft 10 inches, Weight not to exceed 250 lbs, No slide on shoes
• Rock Climbing Wall – Weight of the climber not below 40 lbs, not to exceed 250 lbs, must wear shoes and helmet
• Max Flight Coaster – Height 48 inches, No single riders, combined Weight rider can not exceed 250 lbs, the difference between the weight of the two riders is not to exceed 100 lbs

Smoking
WonderWorks is a nonsmoking facility. In consideration of other guests,
please utilize the designated smoking areas located outside the building. Smoking is discouraged within 25 feet of the building's doors.
